2. Belonging Before Networking

Our community is built around genuine human connection.

We encourage meaningful conversations, mutual support, and authentic relationships.

Members should not feel pressured to network, promote themselves, or participate in activities beyond their comfort level.

3. Respect Personal Boundaries

Respect other members' privacy, time, and personal space.

Do not pressure anyone to share personal information, exchange contact details, or participate in conversations or activities.

Consent and mutual respect are essential.

4. Protect Privacy

Do not share another member's personal information, private messages, photographs, or contact details without appropriate permission.

Information shared within private community spaces should be treated respectfully and confidentially.

5. No Unsolicited Promotion

Our community welcomes entrepreneurship, collaboration, and professional growth.

However, unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotional messages, spam, and aggressive sales approaches are not permitted.

Commercial collaborations should follow the appropriate partnership process.

6. Participate Responsibly

Follow event instructions and respect organizers, venues, and fellow participants.

Take reasonable responsibility for your personal belongings, health, and safety.

Inform organizers of relevant accessibility needs where appropriate.

7. Respect Creative Work

Articles, photographs, artwork, and other contributions remain the intellectual property of their respective creators unless otherwise agreed.

Do not reproduce or distribute another member's work without permission.

8. Report Concerns

If you experience or witness behavior that conflicts with these guidelines, please contact our team.

Reports will be reviewed with care and appropriate discretion.

We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality where disclosure is necessary to address a concern or comply with legal obligations.

9. Community Moderation

Turkish Network Rome may take proportionate action when these guidelines are violated.
